Women in Defense Greater Boston Chapter Elects New Board Members! 

Jennifer Bride- Scholarship Chair

Jennifer currently serves as the Staff Executive to Global Business Services (GBS) to the President at Raytheon in Waltham, MA. Her job includes driving strategic planning efforts, building leadership relationships, and completing projects and initiatives for the President of GBS. She is an effective communicator and facilitator of collaborative action translating strategy into operation and process transformation. Jennifer graduated from Scripps College in Claremont, CA with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies.

Judy Benz- Deputy Event Planning Chair 

Judy works as the Proposal Risk & Opportunity Manager for LTAMDS at Raytheon in Andover, MA. Here, she conducts risk management process and risk workshops for all customer variation proposals. Judy is known for increasing team performance, breaking down barriers and improving processes to enhance the probability of achieving program milestones. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UC Riverside in Riverside, CA. 

Jennifer Cofer- Marketing Chair

Jennifer currently works as an Account Manager for National Instruments where she leads proactive efforts to provide leading-edge technology to high-growth businesses, coordinating internal and external teams to improve the way her clients do engineering and test. Prior to her current role, she was the Quality Engineering representative responsible for two $10M per year product lines in the medical device industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with Honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder. 

Alana DiBiase- Deputy Marketing Chair

Alana is an Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where she develops and implements strategy around Cyber Security to mitigate risk on tactical systems. She has been supporting the Women in Defense Greater Boston Chapter as a volunteer for the past year, during which time she served as webmaster and technical coordinator for the website’s inception and first major refresh, among other key responsibilities. Alana graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Security and Risk Analysis: Information and Cyber Security.
