Women in Defense Greater Boston Chapter Announces New 2021 Board Members

Boston, MA (October 1, 2021) – Women in Defense-Greater Boston Chapter (WID-GBC) held Board of Directors elections and new Committee Chair appointments and are pleased to announce new Officers and Committee Chair Leaders effective October 1, 2021.  The new board members include:

Officers

President - Karen Krause-Bencal, VP Defense Innovation, Activate 

Vice-President - Josephine Lewis, Talent Acquisition, Raytheon Technologies

Committee Chairs

Program Planning - Brandy Hartz, Company Commander, Army National Guard and Military Science Professor, Boston University

Sponsorship - Jennifer Bride - Director, Value Performance and Employee Experience, Raytheon Technologies

Membership - Erica Pavlo, Sr. Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst, Raytheon Technologies

Scholarship - Jo Ann Ratto Ross - Deputy Director HEROES Program, US Army DEVCOM Soldier Center

“This Board represents a professionally diverse cross section of rising women leaders in the regional defense industry,” said Karen Krause-Bencal, President elect.   “I look forward to working with the volunteer board in the coming year to advance important career development topics for women, such as STEM scholarships, mentoring, leadership development and network building.”
